Get ready to take your body to the next level. META Sport is a hardcore “combat sport” similar to Muay Thai (or Kickboxing) combined with Kenpo. It’s not your typical “cardio-kickboxing” program found in most gyms or karate schools – you’ll learn real body mechanics and strategies for the ring, as well as a form of self-defense.
Punches, elbows, knees, kicks, footwork, as well as defensive and evasive movements, are taught with precision and professionalism. And since we always train with real combat principles in mind, a dual purpose is created – You learn real combat techniques and conditioning that easily adapts to sport.
Take it at your own pace, or go beyond your comfort zone. It’s fun. It’s hardcore. And if you’re up to it, sparring sessions can be arranged for an even greater rush. The class is sixty minutes long and will include heavybags, focus mits, striking and footwork drills, and more. (60 min)
